Hello everyone. I'm a Union electrical guy in Syracuse, New York. I need a mechanic for a 1984 Gold Wing Aspencade 1200. It's my fifth season on an old Honda Shadow 600 and my uncle wants to give me a great deal on the old Gold Wing he can't ride anymore. We started it yesterday. Two years ago when it was last ridden the clutch had a problem disengaging. It needs new tires. It needs the brakes checked. It needs a fluids change. I need it pronounced fit for riding safely because my wife will be on the back. My go-to shop doesn't want to work on the old Gold Wings. I'm hoping someone here can give me a good recommendation for a good Gold Wing mechanic in the Syracuse, NY area. I can have it trailered to someone in this area.
